Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of this website and any services bought from CF Creative Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Services

We provide custom digital design services, currently YouTube thumbnail design. Video editing and AI-generated video services will be offered under these same terms when they launch.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are charged in full when you order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already paid.

Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to use any footage, images, logos or other materials you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Ownership of finished work

Once your order is paid and delivered, you own the final files and may use them on your channels and in your marketing. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Delivery and revisions

Work is delivered digitally as described in our Shipping Policy. Each package includes two revision rounds. Requests that change the original brief may be treated as a new order.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee specific results such as views or click-through rates. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
