Refund Policy

Effective November 5, 2026

We want you to be happy with your thumbnails. Because each order is custom design work, refunds depend on how far the work has progressed.

Before work starts

If you cancel before we begin your concepts, you get a full refund.

Late delivery

If your concepts are not delivered within 48 hours of receiving your complete brief, you can request a full refund.

After concepts are delivered

Every package includes two revision rounds. If you are still not satisfied after both rounds, contact us and we will offer a partial refund or a new concept, at our discretion.

Final files

Once final files are delivered and approved, the order is complete and is not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@cfcreativeservices.com within 14 days of payment with your order details. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
